About the event
Take time to slow down, switch off, and reset. Join me for regular sound baths designed to help you step away from the noise of daily life and into a space of deep rest and relaxation. Whether it’s your first sound bath or you’ve experienced sound healing before, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Doors open at 15:45. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
Late admittance will not be possible once the sound bath has started.
WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat, blanket, cushion or pillow, and water.
Comfort is key — the more relaxed you are, the more you will benefit.
