What to Expect During
a Session

The treatment takes place comfortably  clothed on a treatment couch, with blankets available if you wish. ​​

Everything happens in a calm, supportive environment with gentle music, unfolding gently, and at your own pace.

Crystals may be placed on key energy centres, while light touch helps guide the flow of energy.  ​​​​​​​

Most clients drift into a deeply relaxed state  — you may also experience warmth, tingling, waves of energy or other subtle physical sensations.

Some experience more profound energetic shifts as the body responds to the healing process.
