About the event
Nurture your spirit during the coldest weeks of winter with a warm, comforting sound immersion.
February is a time for self-compassion, rest, and gentle care as we wait for the first signs of early spring.
This session focuses on opening the heart space, comforting the nervous system, and softening physical tightness caused by the cold weather.
Allow the gentle waves of acoustic sound to wrap around you, soothing fatigue and promoting a profound sense of inner warmth and peace.
Give yourself permission to rest completely in a cozy, welcoming environment.
