About the event
Start the year feeling clear, refreshed, and grounded with a gentle vibrational energy reset.
Rather than rushing into intense resolutions, January invites us to begin with clarity, softness, and presence.
This sound bath creates a serene space to quiet mental chatter, release lingering tension from the previous year, and set calm, grounded intentions for the months ahead.
The soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and drums work to harmonize your energy field, leaving you feeling renewed and deeply centered.
Step into January with a quiet ming and a peaceful heart.
