About the event
Prepare your mind and body for the depth of winter with a deeply restorative evening of acoustic sound therapy.
November brings darker evenings and a natural instinct to slow down and recharge.
In this season, we focus on deep grounding and nervous system regulation to help you build resilience against winter stress.
The rich frequencies of harmonic sound instruments help quiet a busy mind and soften physical holding patterns in the body.
You will leave feeling centered, deeply nourished, and for a peaceful nights sleep.
Bring everything you need to stay warm and comfortable, including warm socks, a cozy blanket, and your favourite pillow.
