Unwind with a deeply relaxing afternoon combining flowing movements and immersive sound in a tranquil space, brought to you in collaboration with Seed Wellness, Beaconsfield.
GENTLE QIGONG WITH JANE
We will begin with simple, flowing Qigong movements guided by Jane, accompanied by corresponding crystal singing bowls played by Andrew. Together, movement and sound help to release tension, ground your body and encourage a sense of ease and balance. No experience needed — just come as you are.
THE SOUND BUBBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ANDREW
We will then move into an hour-long immersive Sound Bath — 'The Sound Bubble Experience'. You'll be invited to lie back and fully relax as you are immersed in a soothing blend of tones and vibrations, designed to quiet your mind, melt away stress and leave you feeling peaceful and refreshed.
