For over 16 years, I have been helped clients restore harmony, ease tension, release trauma and nurture deep relaxation through the gentle art of Reiki.
Recognising how deeply sound resonates with the body's energy centers, I expanded my practice to include 1:1 Personal Sound Therapy and immersive Group Sound Baths.
My approach is calm, intuitive and centred on creating a safe, grounded space where you can let go, process emotional blockages and return to center.
